How do I return products?
Unless otherwise instructed by our Customer Service team, returns must be arranged by the customer, using an official and traceable courier service.

Please ensure that you retain proof of postage (such as a receipt or tracking number), as this will be required to confirm the return and process your refund.
Who is responsible for the cost of the return?
- If the return is due to a fault on our side — for example, if the product is faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purposes, and we are unable to repair or replace it within a reasonable timeframe — we will cover the reasonable direct costs of returning the item.
- You will also not be charged for return shipping if:
- We have informed you of a change to the product or these terms,
- There has been an error in pricing or description,
- There is a delay in delivery due to events beyond our control, or
- You otherwise have a legal right to cancel.
- In all other cases, including if you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.
What if I am eligible for a prepaid return?
If you meet the criteria for a prepaid return, we kindly ask you to:
- Send the item using an official courier and retain the proof of shipment.
- Contact our Customer Service team once the parcel has been dispatched and you have the receipt.
- We will verify the details and guide you through the next steps to complete the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund using your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within a few business days, although this may vary depending on your payment provider.
