RYDER CUP 2025 BLACK FRIDAY GIVEAWAY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

By entering this Ryder Cup 2025 Black Friday giveaway promotion (the “Promotion”), all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) in full. All entry instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is operated by Legends Hospitality (UK) Limited (“Legends”), First Floor, 85 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 7LT. The Promotion is open to anyone aged 18 or over at the date on which they enter the Promotion, excluding employees of Legends, its group companies, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion (including those who work at Ryder Cup Europe who are in anyway involved or affiliated with the Ryder Cup 2025 and/or the DP World Tour) and any member of their respective immediate families.

Entry opens at 00:01 (GMT) on 25^th November 2024 (“Start Date”) and closes at 23.59 (GMT) on 2^nd December 2024 (“Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Promotion and will not be eligible to win the Prize.

2. ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION

To enter the Promotion, you will need to place an order on https://euroshop.rydercup.com/ between the Start Date and the Closing Date.

One order (1) will grant one (1) entry into the Promotion, except in the case of My Tour Members, who will receive two (2) entries into the Promotion per order. There is no minimum spend required for an order to qualify for entry into the Promotion.

3. WINNERS

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received between the Start Date and the Closing Date by a randomised computer programme. Selection of the winner will take place on 3^rd December 2024.  

The winner will be notified by email (using the email address used on their online order) and will be required to respond to the email within 24 hours confirming acceptance of the Prize. If the winner does not respond to the email within 24 hours to confirm acceptance of the Prize, an alternative winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received between the Start Date and the Closing Date by a randomised computer programme.

4. THE PRIZE

There is one prize (the “Prize”) available to be won. The Prize consists of: one (1) 2025 Ryder Cup New Era Text Cuff Beanie Navy; one (1) 2025 Ryder Cup New Era 9FORTY Cap White; one (1) 2025 Ryder Cup Titleist Players Sackpack; and one (1) pack of 2025 Ryder Cup Titleist TruFeel Golf Balls - 1/2 Dozen (consisting of six (6) balls).

The Prize will not include any other benefit, expense or service other than those expressly indicated in this section of the Terms and Conditions. Consequently, the winner will be responsible for any provision or service not expressly indicated in the description of the Prize.

The method of Prize delivery will be communicated to the winners when they are contacted.

Under no circumstances may the Prize be subject to change, alteration or compensation at the request of the winner.

The winner is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the draw and will not be able to exchange or return the purchased item(s) that allowed them to participate in the Promotion.

5. CONDITIONS

In the event that Legends is unable to make contact with the winner within 24 hours of the relevant draw, Legends reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner selected at random.

The Promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over from all countries, and the Prize will be shipped with tracking within one week of the winner confirming acceptance of the Prize. It is your responsibility to ensure that you can participate in the Promotion in compliance with local laws and regulations. Any entry submitted in breach of local laws and regulations shall be automatically null and void. Legends reserves the right to determine that it cannot accept an entry or provide the Prize due to local laws and regulations.

No cash alternative to the Prize will be offered. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold and must only be used by the winner. Legends reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Legends, the Prize will only be awarded to the winner.

The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity as may be required by Legends in respect of the Promotion.

No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted. Entries will be limited to a maximum of seven (7) per participant (in accordance with section 2 of these Terms and Conditions, My Tour Members will be limited to a maximum of fourteen (14) entries).

All costs and expenses not included within the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Legends reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to at any time:

(a) verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence);

(b) disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the Promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who Legends believes to have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions;

(c) disqualify any entry that Legends reasonably believes to be in breach of local laws and regulations;

(d) disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf; and

(e) disqualify any participant posting an entry or a comment to a relevant social media page that is, in Legends’ sole opinion, inappropriate, offensive or upsetting to other participants, fans of Legends, the Ryder Cup or contrary to applicable law, and to remove any such entry or comment.

6. LIABILITY

The Promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. Participants acknowledge that any social media platform shall not have any liability to them in connection with the Promotion.

Legends shall not be liable for: (i) any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions as a consequence of events beyond its reasonable control including without limitation, any failure of communication networks and any failure for the Ryder Cup 2025 to take place as a result of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Legends and/or the DP World Tour; and/or (ii) any loss of profits, loss of revenue or other economic loss or any indirect or consequential loss.

Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Legends accepts no responsibility or liability for any entry or claim which for technical or other reasons is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected.

7. GENERAL

Legends reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Promotion or to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

All personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion will be processed by Legends for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotion and the award of the Prize (where applicable) and verifying the eligibility of a participant. Legends is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Personal data that is collected from or about participants will be used in accordance with Legends’s Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found at https://euroshop.rydercup.com/pages/privacy-policy

By entering the Promotion, each participant gives Legends permission to publish their surname if they are a winner of the Prize unless the participant notifies Legends that they do not wish for Legends to make these details available. Please note that Legends will nonetheless be required to provide the names of the Prize winner to the Advertising Standard Authority if requested to do so.

Any images are an illustrative example and do not show the exact Prize.

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and participants can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions in the English courts. Participants living in Scotland will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of Scottish law and can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts.
